Our recently installed Traker system and new computers allow secured review of inventory and order placement.

Computer Controlled Refrigeration

In 2006, we upgraded our entire refrigeration system, including a Logix computer control system that monitors and controls every fan, compressor and condenser in the refrigeration system for precise temperature control.
